Speaking and workshops on women’s health, nutrition and behaviour change

I love bringing nutrition to life through engaging, practical and evidence-based talks and workshops.

Whether I’m speaking to a team, a group of healthcare professionals or a wider audience, my aim is always to make nutrition feel approachable, relevant and useful, without any jargon, fear-mongering or diet culture.

I speak on a range of topics across women’s health, nutrition, wellbeing and the relationship with food and health, with sessions tailored to suit your audience and setting.

From short educational talks to interactive workshops and panel discussions, I can help you create a session that leaves your audience with pactical knowledge they can take away and use.

I facilitated a talk for an energy company for their female employees about the menstrual cycle. We covered the menstrual cycle, myths out there and how nutrition and lifestyle can support women’s health. This session concluded with an interactive Q&A, allowing attendees to ask questions and discuss real-life challenges. “Those who attended have said it was excellent and was very well received, I believe it was also the biggest turnout for that network. Thank you again for being able to deliver at shorter than ideal notice, and to get such a good session” Whether delivering workplace wellbeing sessions, women’s health workshops or university talks, my focus is on creating engaging, evidence-based learning experiences that leave attendees feeling informed, empowered and supported.
